Overview About the Position: The Inside Sales Representative – Naval Shipbuilding is responsible for developing and supporting sales opportunities within the naval and defense shipbuilding industry, including U.S. Navy shipyards, major defense contractors, and marine fabrication partners. This role requires a strong technical understanding of material specifications, certification requirements, and documentation standards used in naval vessel construction. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with customers to develop quotations, secure orders, and support naval program requirements while ensuring compliance with NAVSEA, MIL-SPEC, ABS, and other governing standards. This position partners closely with Outside Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics to ensure successful execution of orders while maintaining strong customer relationships.
