Take on a leadership role where you will oversee and deliver impactful Starter customer onboarding and engagement campaigns that strengthen retention and financial health. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive process excellence and creative thought leadership. As a Vice President, Marketing Manager in the Starter Consumer Bank Customer Engagement Campaign Management team, you will lead large-scale, multi-channel campaigns focused on customer onboarding, retention, and financial health. You’ll drive process excellence, creative thought leadership, and act as an Authorized Approver of creative and audience targeting, making a significant impact within the Customer Engagement team.
