OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:The Client Services Director is a position whose key areas of responsibility are as follows:New Business Development – 50% - Be a significant contributor to business growth - Prospect pharmaceutical and biotech companies for new opportunities for Fingerpaint services - Lead new business activities including project scoping and sales mapping - Lead teams in closing new business opportunities - Leverage, manage and grow a professional network of clients Active Client Management – 30%: Material Development & Team Leadership – 20% - Grow existing client relationships through new opportunities - Manage client relationships establishing long-term relationships for repeat business - Monitor project progress, providing expert guidance - Act as a liaison for clients in understanding and exploring the broader value...
