Job Title: Garage Shift Supervisor (3x) Department/Division: Maintenance - Garage Location: TBD Shift: TBD FLSA Status: Exempt - Non-Represented Salary Range: $72,700- $90,900 JOB SUMMARY: Supervises day-to-day garage operations at assigned location to ensure efficient and timely maintenance, repair, nightly parking and pull out of all buses. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Supervises daily maintenance operations to ensure buses are safe, reliable, and available for scheduled service. 2. Ensures buses meet daily service requirements by managing maintenance activities that support fleet availability and scheduled pull-outs. 3. Provides coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to maintenance personnel. Ensures buses meet daily pull-out requirements and fleet availability targets. 4. Administers labor agreements and enforces workplace policies and disciplinary procedures. Ensures facilities, equipment, and tools are properly maintained and operational. Monitors maintenance performance indicators including Mean Distance Between Service Calls (MDBSC), Preventive Maintenance (PM) compliance, shop productivity, and overtime usage. 5.
