Property Operations Manager This posting is for a current vacancy. As part of our professional Property Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and overall performance of an assigned portfolio of multi-unit residential properties. You will play a key role as a Property Operations Manager in ensuring timely response to building needs and emergencies while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance. This role requires a strong focus on building systems optimization, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction. You will be successful in this position if you are reliable, highly organized, safety-focused, and committed to delivering quality service while supporting overall property performance and financial goals.
