The role: As Head of IT, Security & Compliance, you will be the owner of CameraMatics internal IT infrastructure, information security posture, and regulatory compliance programme. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will set both the strategy and get into the detail, working closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure the business operates securely and meets its obligations to customers and regulators. You will report directly to the CTO and play a critical role as we scale into new markets and take on enterprise customers with demanding security and compliance requirements.
