Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $53,500 - Midpoint: $66,900 (Salaried E8) Department/Organization: 204671 - Institute for Soc Sciences Res Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some evenings & weekends as necessary. Job Summary: The Social Worker II plans, coordinates, and delivers moderate-complexity clinical services to clients. Additional Department Summary: The Institute for Social Science Research advances interdisciplinary research and service initiatives addressing complex public health and social challenges across Alabama. Required Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work and two (2) years of experience as a social worker. Licensed Social Worker by the State of Alabama OR license eligible to practice social work in the State of Alabama and the ability to obtain licensure within one (1) year from date of hire. Proficiency in the operation of personal computers. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license.
