Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: We are looking to hire a Triage Registered Nurse for our Medical Oncology clinics in Caldwell! About this Position : Telephone Triage Nurse manages calls from patients and caregivers to assess and manage symptom-based calls for established patients. Works in a team environment to efficiently promote a positive experience in all aspects of patient care with compassion and kindness. Provides information and education to patients and/or family based on identified needs. Schedule: 4 10 hr shifts (Thursday off) General Requirements: 2 years of RN experience, oncology or prior triage experience preferred. Education: An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE License/Certification: Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date. Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within 90 days of starting ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Uses effective communication skills and tools to acquire and disseminate relevant information to patient, family, and/or caregiver and interprofessional team.
