Overview The Field Service Representative (Level 3) is a mid-career Service Representative position. You're stepping into a dynamic role where you'll be responsible for maintaining our cutting-edge equipment across your designated territory. Your role isn't just about fixing machines; it's about ensuring our customers are delighted with our service, and as someone with experience, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor newer team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise. Responsibilities: - Services and maintains a full territory independently in the installation, maintenance and repair of Sharp equipment and proactively develops service plans while maintaining a high degree of troubleshooting capabilities. - Resolves the majority of service calls within territory assignment and possibly responsible for special or specific customer accounts. - Understands, properly performs and can teach all mechanical and electronic adjustments on equipment as outlined in the Technical Service Manual and Field Engineering Bulletins. - Recommends solutions based on the Technical Service Manual and Field Engineering Bulletins to include our complete digital line of products.
