Position Summary Join ProAmpac as an Accounting Specialist to drive efficiency across our financial functions. We are seeking an organized professional to manage travel systems, execute monthly reconciliations, and maintain the integrity of our financial data in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This role is responsible for driving organizational goals through the execution of critical clerical accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will provide high-level support to the Accounting and Finance function, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across all financial workflows. Essential Duties and Tasks: System Administration: Manage and oversee the company’s travel and expense platforms to ensure compliance and accuracy. Financial Execution: Perform core accounting procedures, including the timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial analysis. Data Integrity: Maintain precise accounts and reports, including the setup of new accounts and the management of system-wide information.
