Team Introduction: The TikTok Content Operations team develops and executes strategies to grow our content ecosystem through management, partnerships, and key programs. We work closely with Product teams to understand publishers and creator cohorts and set priorities, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive efforts forward within the evolving content landscape. Our mission is to facilitate our Creator and Athlete community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase Athlete engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. About the Role: As an MBA intern, you will act as a Strategic Lead responsible for optimizing how we support our highest-impact sports partners in North America. This is an individual contributor role designed for a high-level thinker who can bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and tactical creator growth.
