Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Project manage workstreams across technology, data, compliance, and finance/billing, among others - Play a significant role in new custodian and TAMP onboardings, and in the operationalization of new products - Partner with teams across Nuveen to support and accelerate Brooklyn’s business growth - Work with technology and business transformation teams to inform, scope, and build more automation and scalable tooling - Engage in relationship monitoring and management of Brooklyn’s key partners, including its external and back office venue, and its current custodians - Assist with large-scale due diligence and reporting initiative - Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, such as investment banking or consulting, with exposure to finance and/or capital markets - Strong operational mindset with the ability to stay organized and follow-through on complex initiatives/projects - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging stakeholders across large organizations and with external partners - High level of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a self-starter approach - Adapta...
