Position Specific Description: In the role of the Associate Wind Site Manager, you will assume responsibility for all operational facets on the maintenance and repair of a wind power plant facility. Your chief priority will be ensuring the team's safety while concurrently focusing on maximizing performance and profitability per the operational framework. This will necessitate devising and executing strategies to elevate maintenance practices, diagnostic capabilities, and overall operational efficiency, resulting in heightened customer satisfaction and reduced service expenditures. The next Leadership Development Program cohort will begin on June 15th, 2026. The candidate selection process will take place throughout March and April.
