This role is ideal for someone who can confidently operate packaging equipment while also stepping in to perform basic maintenance and support bulk load-out activities. What You’ll Do: As a Packaging Operator (Advanced) , you’ll serve as a key technical resource on the shift. Responsibilities include: - Operating and monitoring packaging and bulk load-out equipment to keep production running smoothly - Performing basic mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on pack line equipment - Supporting bulk load-out and warehouse activities, including forklift operation and loading/unloading shipments - Identifying and resolving equipment or process issues before they impact production...
