Kickstart your electrical career with hands-on experience in a fast ‑ paced food manufacturing environment. We’re looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join the JBS Rockhampton Plant Maintenance team and learn from experienced tradespeople while working with unique industrial equipment. About the Role: You’ll support our maintenance team in assisting with basic maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and breakdown response across key plant equipment. This role is practical, safety ‑ focused, and ideal for someone who enjoys problem ‑ solving and learning on the job. Your day to day responsibilities will include: - Following WH&S procedures and help identify hazards - Assisting with electrical maintenance, repairs, and fault ‑ finding - Responding to breakdowns under supervision - Using tools, equipment and diagnostics safely - Communicating with maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime - Helping to source parts and support small improvement projects - Learning to interpret equipment documentation and basic PLC concepts About You: - Interest in completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology - Good communication, teamwork and problem ‑ solving skills - Commitmen...
