Overview The Retail Design Manager will lead the creative design aspect and execution of Cavender’s retail environments. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, this role will focus on creating and enhancing both interior and exterior spaces. The Retail Design Manager will also oversee private label branding for Rafter C & Rockin’ C. This position works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and compelling brand experiences across all locations. Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values - Serve as a partner and support resource to the Facilities Design/Construction Department and the company - Lead design projects for both new store builds and remodels, ensuring spaces reflect the brand’s identity and provide an exceptional customer experience - Oversee areas that enhance the visual and functional aspects of store interiors such as retrofit of departments within existing spaces.
