The Team: Hospital in The Home’s sole purpose is to provide exceptional hospital level health care and ongoing support to the residents of Northern Tasmania to negate the need for hospitalisation in our mainstream facility and enable patients to remain in their own home and community under the watchful/vigilant eye of a dedicated health team which includes Medical Staff Specialists, Senior Medical Registrars, Nurse Unit Manager, Associate Nurse Unit Managers, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Allied Health professionals (incorporating Senior Social Workers, Senior Physiotherapists and Senior Occupational Therapists) .
