You won’t just be working through alerts, but owning end-to-end investigations of complex cases and sophisticated fraud rings. Your knowledge will influence how we build our defenses and you’ll mentor more junior members of the team. What You’ll Be Doing 🗃️: - Complex Investigations: Lead deep-dive investigations into high-value cases and emerging, sophisticated fraud MOs. - Strategic Input: Don’t just spot a trend, propose the specific rule changes or process improvements needed to stop fraud & scams. - Data Interrogation: Use Excel and SQL to analyze fraud data, identifying vulnerabilities in our current controls. - Technical Ownership: Handle the most difficult...
