Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - Experience in supplier negotiation and management through Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Award. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience launching complex products involving tight collaboration between external partners and internal engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions. - Experience in establishing organizational mechanisms to systematically evaluate and manage supplier performance. - Experience managing complicated V0 system builds. - Ability to successfully launch multiple products with high-volume production.
