This Assistant will be responsible for leading their management team and crew, while instilling a service culture that drives revenue. Job Responsibilities include: Works with their management team to assure the restaurant is properly staffed Provides customers with "A Cut Above" dining experience that includes superior food quality and service in a warm, clean environment Assures every customer is treated with respect and leaves happy Ensures all financial and administrative reporting is accurately completed in a timely manner Enforces food safety procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards as well as federal, state and local laws Leads an outstanding operation that is focused on growing sales and profits Superior Coaching skills are a must Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and traits Highly motivated, business minded individual: Ability to lead and develop management team & crew Passion for Customer Service: Outgoing personality: Ability to multitask and handle varying levels of stress Required education: High school or equivalent Required experience: Restaurant management: 1 year
