Description POSITION : Activities Attendant: DEPARTMENT : Activities: PLACE OF WORK : Various Recreation Facilities REPORTS TO : Activities Manager: JOB OVERVIEW : Responsible for the organization and operation of various recreational programs and facilities. Deal with all home owners and guests in a professional manner. STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS : Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently. QUALIFICATIONS : Essential : · Prior customer service experience. · Able to lift 30 or more pounds. · Able to work alone and as part of a team. · Appreciates and respects nature and its surroundings. · Good organizational skills. · Ability to communicate well with homeowners, guests and coworkers. · Valid Driver’s License · Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holiday week/ends Desirable : · Prior guest relations training · Hospitality experience · CPR, First Aid, AED certified · College graduate · Knowledge about fitness and recreation activities/programs · Able to work a flexible schedule, weekends, evenings, an...
