Strategic People Project Consultant Location: Glasgow: Salary: £66,600 - £82,500pa, bonus up to 2 0%, Health Cover and Car Allowance. Working Pattern: Flexible working Permanent: Help us create a better future, quicker We’re looking for an experienced Strategic People Project Consultant to join our People & Organisation function, supporting the delivery of high impact people projects across the business . What you’ll be doing: You’ll be trusted to independently support senior leaders and key stakeholders, demonstrating agility in managing shifting priorities and applying tailored solutions to complex and often sensitive people challenges. Alongside project delivery, you’ll lead on complex and high-risk casework, advising on employment law risk, managing key stakeholders and helping to minimise legal, financial and reputational exposure for the business. A core part of the role is using insight and data to drive improvement. You’ll analyse case management trends to identify emerging risks, opportunities and capability gaps, using these insights to shape proactive interventions, strengthen manager confidence and improve the overall employee experience.
