Do you combine a sharp commercial mindset with a powerful analytical toolbox? Are you energized by turning data into clear direction for sales teams across diverse markets? We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to strengthen Sales Excellence across our International Markets (IM) region. IM is a diverse, fast-moving region with ambitious growth targets. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping how our frontline organization is steered, equipped, and enabled—using data, insights, and scalable commercial processes. You will report to the Director of Commercial Development, IM and join a high-performing, international team at our HQ in Humlebæk. Key Responsibilities: You will own the Sales Excellence agenda for International Markets, working closely with local market teams and Global functions to ensure sales force effectiveness and execution excellence.
