Our Values: Respect | Belonging | Accountability | Transparency Department: Engineering Operations Job Summary: The Senior HVAC Mechanic performs work in the maintenance, repair, installation, and upkeep of a variety of equipment to include, but not limited to; heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, chillers, boilers and domestic water systems. Aides in the training of junior HVAC mechanics through hands on and written transition of knowledge. Identify and executes HVAC projects internally. Education: - Performs and coordinates installation, maintenance, repair and upkeep in the central utility plant and hospital HVAC systems. (25%) - Completes small to medium level mechanical or plumbing projects in house. (25%) - Assists in maintenance and repair in a variety of skilled trades i.e. HVAC, MEP, Med Gas and coordinates with other trades to complete work.
