Job description

Pay Range: $60,000/yr. – $70,000/yr. Location: Norwood, MA / In-Office: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM The Manufacturing Staff Scheduler plays a critical role in supporting production operations by ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained across all manufacturing shifts. This position partners closely with production leadership, human resources and payroll to align workforce scheduling with production demand. The Manufacturing Staff Scheduler develops a strong understanding of production lines, products and labor requirements to effectively schedule employees based on operational needs and skill requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate workforce data, monitoring attendance and time-off requests and proactively identifying staffing gaps.
