Description JOB SUMMARY: You will serve on a team whose job is to help Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort by engaging with our guests on the Golf Courses and providing. You will contribute to the success of the Resort by providing excellent food and beverage service to our guests on the golf course. By supporting our company’s Noble Purpose, your top priority will be to “care about our guests, and the impact you make on their lives.” ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - When interacting with each guest, leave them with a “WOW” story to tell about their experience. - Share customer impact stories with your team in meetings and with management. - Set-up station and perform assigned opening & closing side work. - Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon arrival. - Take orders of members/guests. - Suggest and upselling beverages and snack items. - Verify accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, tips and other charges on all checks. - Handle all cash and credit card charges as prescribed by standard operating procedures. - Keep working areas clean. - Take out trash from the beverage cart at conclusion of the shift. - Restock all unused product in either dry storage or cooler(s). -...
