Marketing Operations Analyst

At Plymouth Rock, we are focused on strengthening our Independent Agency channel by delivering data-informed marketing strategies, tools, and experiences that help our agent partners grow. The Marketing Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting IA Marketing and strategic initiatives by translating data into insights, shaping requirements, and supporting cross-functional projects that improve agent engagement and business outcomes. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to support initiative planning, execution, and evaluation through strong business analysis, reporting, and competitive intelligence.
