The IT Business Analyst is a key facilitator between the business stakeholders and delivery teams to support the identification, definition and delivery of initiatives across the firm, ensuring business problems and opportunities are clearly understood before solutions are developed. As a member of the IT Portfolio Governance team, the Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities, analyze current processes, and define clear requirements and recommendations for improvement. The IT Business Analyst plays a vital role in shaping initiatives prior to delivery by gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping business processes, and supporting the development of solutions that align with portfolio priorities and organizational strategy.
