We proudly operate multiple Starbucks locations, delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments. We are looking for a strong, hands-on Starbucks Concept Manager to support and oversee operations across our Orlando International Airport locations. What You’ll Do: - Support day-to-day operations across assigned Starbucks locations - Partner with store leadership to ensure brand standards, service, and product quality are consistently executed - Coach and develop Co-Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Baristas - Step in as needed to support operations on the floor in high-volume situations - Monitor staffing, scheduling, and overall operational efficiency - Ensure compliance with Starbucks standards, food safety, and company policies - Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training across locations - Help drive performance, accountability, and team engagement What We’re Looking...
