Job Description Overview: To support its continued growth, AtkinsRéalis’ Minerals & Metals – Plant Engineering division is seeking a Team Lead and CAD Coordinator, Mechanical and Industrial Piping Technical Services to fill an immediate strategic need. You will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing and growing team, while actively contributing to the technical and human development of the discipline. Reporting to the Discipline Manager, you will be responsible for the operational, technical, and people management of a team of 8 to 12 mechanical and industrial piping technicians. You will play a key role in achieving objectives related to excellence, growth, standardization, and client satisfaction. Your role: Leadership and team management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of mechanical and industrial piping technicians. Deploy and enforce corporate standards, methods, and procedures. Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and foster accountability. Act as a technical and professional mentor to team members.
