Job Description: Position Overview The Team Leader for Industrial Means, Maintenance & Industrial Services is responsible for leading the development, acquisition and lifecycle management of industrial assets supporting MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Test) activities for Spacecraft and Launchers business Lines within Spain Space Systems perimeter. The role covers project-driven industrial means development (TNS - Telecom & Navigation Systems and EOS - Earth Observation Science & Exploration programs) as well as Plant-Master CAPEX-Plan investments, ensuring alignment with production demand, industrial strategy and long-term capacity planning. This position combines technical leadership, supplier management, budget accountability and cross-functional coordination in a high-performance aerospace manufacturing environment.
