Job description

To lead and manage Navy Federal’s employee wellness programs. Implement strategies by establishing operational objectives, policies and programs, and leverage knowledge of wellness offerings and practices to develop and administer benefits and programs that help Navy Federal attract, retain, and motivate a diverse workforce. Navy Federal Credit Union currently does not provide sponsorship for this role.
