Job DetailsJob Location: Davie Family YMCA - Mocksville, NC 27028Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $10.00 - $10.00 HourlyJob Shift: VariableUnder the direction of the Kids Zone Sr. Director and consistent with the Christian Mission of the YMCA, a Y Kids Zone Rep is responsible for supervising and leading activities to engage children in play and learning, while ensuring standards of health and safety are met. Responsibilities: Lead educational, age-appropriate and Christian-valued activities for children ages 6 weeks-11 years Maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards of Kids Zone Provide superior customer service to members and their children Implement assigned programming Maintain accurate records relating to attendance Provide care and supervision of children in Kids Zone with emphasis on overall safety and wellness Communicate appropriately with other staff members in a positive manner Attend staff meetings and complete all required trainings Assist with other duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum of 16 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience working with children or in a related field preferred Ability to work well with children...
