Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing and Proposal Specialist in our Toronto, Ottawa, Waterloo, Cambridge or Guelph, Ontario office. A hybrid work schedule is available for this position at the discretion of the Company. The position will Develop compliant, comprehensive, and compelling submittals (proposals and opportunity-specific statements of qualifications (SOQs)) on a regional or corporate level in order to win profitable work. Responsible for managing, scheduling, editing, and producing proposals, opportunity-related SOQs, project descriptions, resumes, and other marketing materials in accordance with Geosyntec’s policies, government regulations and copyright laws. Work requires the exercise of considerable initiative and independent judgment.
