Rate of Pay : £37.00- £47.86 per hour Summary: The Developing Highways Manager – Planning will lead the delivery of highways development control and planning-related highway functions, supporting economic growth while protecting and enhancing the local highway network. The post holder will provide specialist technical leadership and professional highways advice in relation to planning applications, new developments, and infrastructure proposals, ensuring that highway interests are represented effectively across the planning process.
