Indoor Greenhouse Sales Associate Seasonal- Hiring Multiple Candidates Lyndale Location Qualifications: Schedule: Compensation: $16.37/hour Bachman's is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Work directly on sales floor, and registers, throughout the store, assisting customers and accomplishing “Bachman’s Customer Service Culture” - Process all POS transactions according to established procedures including delivery orders in OA, sales, returns and transfers. - Maintain store appearance with general cleaning, caring for plants, dusting, stocking and displaying merchandise. - Answer customer questions, provide information and process orders. - Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to Bachman’s customers - Perform other duties as assigned. - This position requires lifting up to 50 pounds waist high. - Lifting plants and buckets above shoulder. - Greenhouse environment with temperatures over 80 degrees 50% of the year. - Able to work at a fast pace, standing for the entire work shift. - Must be able to work with products known to cause allergic responses in some people. - This position requires excellent customer relations and communication skills. - Must be able to read and write in...
