Director - Design Assurance

Job description

We’re seeking a Director of Design Assurance to lead the strategic direction and execution of design and development quality across the products and solutions business. This role spans end-to-end solutions, with hardware & embedded systems design quality as the foundation. This role is responsible for building and leading a high-impact team focused on ensuring that our solutions are designed and developed to meet high standards of performance, reliability, regulatory compliance, and user experience. This position owns design and development quality outcomes and is accountable for ensuring design intent, reliability targets, and regulatory requirements are fully realized through production and launch, in close partnership with factory, supplier, and software quality teams. The Director will be the champion for quality in the product development lifecycle, ensuring that our solutions work seamlessly as a system and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to our customers.
