Job Title: Lead Cultivation Associate: Job Type: Full-Time; Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:15 AM - 3:45 PM Pay-Rate: Starting at $21.25/hr Location: Chambersburg, PA Lead Cultivation Associate Responsible for leading a team of hourly employees in vegetative garden cultivation operations with a continuous focus on compliance, safety accountability, product integrity, team productivity and cost.
