Introduction to the job As team lead Order to Cash at ASML, you lead teams that play a critical role in serving customers and safeguarding financial accuracy. Your work directly supports the delivery of complex semiconductor systems and services that enable innovation around the world. In this role, you take ownership of one core part of the Order to Cash chain . Depending on your background and expertise , you will lead either an Order Management (Commercial & Services) team or an Invoicing and Accounts Receivable team within European Customer Operations. While the operational focus differs, both roles require similar leadership capability, a strong understanding of end - to - end Order to Cash processes, and the ability to drive stability, compliance, and continuous improvement in a complex, international environment.
