Job Posting External: Primary Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low-code (e.g., Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g., JavaScript, Angular) approaches. - Collaborate with business analysts and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM and others to meet business needs. - Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components. - Develop detailed architecture, design and coding standards for the development teams to follow.
