Your mission As Senior Sales Manager you take commercial ownership of our global charter activities, ensuring efficient and optimal utilization of our fleet. You combine deep market knowledge with strong operational understanding to maximize fleet utilization and drive sustainable revenue growth. You understand that successful charter sales are not only about closing deals — they are about positioning aircraft intelligently, balancing operational constraints with commercial opportunity and extracting maximum value from the fleet. In close collaboration with Operations and CAMO, you ensure that commercial decisions are aligned with technical and operational realities — and vice versa.
