Your seat to fill: - Work with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements for PDM/PLM functions into sustainable IT solutions - Own and manage the current and future PLM and CAD system landscape, ensuring architectural alignment with IT standards - Configure, customize, maintain, and upgrade PTC Windchill and Creo solutions - Coordinate and support PLM/CAD releases, migrations, upgrades, and system updates - Resolve IT incidents, service requests, and problems (L2/L3), including root cause analysis - Coordinate and manage support tickets in line with defined SLAs and IT service management processe...
