$1500.00 Sign On Bonus - external candidates only! Location/Department: MMPC - Physician Center - Batesville 72 hours per pay period - benefits eligible Job Summary: Performs a wide range of clinical duties while assisting the provider in giving quality care in a medical office setting. Primary responsibilities include; gathering patient data, chart scribing & chart preparation/review. Will demonstrate the knowledge required to provide age-appropriate care for the patients served in the practice. Must complete required computer training & develop a strong working knowledge of the patient chart in the EHR to be aware of health insurance guidelines for pre-authorizations, referral processes, & have ability to schedule diagnostics/specialist visits as ordered by the provider. Requires experience in a medical care setting interacting with patients & their families, detail oriented, having the ability to stay focused, caring, responsible & organized.
