ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Perform job functions per training and work specifications as assigned. - Choose the lot to be ran and ensure it is ran on the proper solder or silver line. - Inspect all flight bars prior to using to ensure they are functional and ensure the lot is ran on the proper plating profile. - Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required. - Maintain an inventory of properly sorted shot for proper plating operation. - X-ray and cap check all completed lots and plot the results on the SPC charts. - Complete all necessary paperwork and logbook entries. - Move the completed lots to the proper step. - Flex to other jobs and departments on an as needed basis. - Assist in the training of new operations when needed. - Report problems and out of specification conditions to shift supervisor for assistance as they occur. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Works closely with area engineers on process improvements....
