Team Lead, Production (Night Shift)

About the role: The Team Lead, Production is responsible for the day-to-day operations of his/her assigned shift. In conjunction with the Plant Production Supervisor, this position will oversee production activities of hourly personnel and oversee machine operation. This position will train, coach, and problem-solve with team members; communicate timely and relevant information to team members and supervisors in a thorough manner; and demonstrate ownership in plant and food safety, including all regulatory requirements. This position also keeps control of the Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and team processes. Working hours: Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
