Hill House is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Interior Designer / Project Manager to join our team in New York. This role is ideal for someone exceptionally organized, creative, resourceful, and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts with speed and precision across a range of high-end retail projects. The successful candidate will lead and manage the full design and project delivery process for Hill House Home retail stores in partnership with the Executive Team , overseeing timelines, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring seamless execution from concept through construction. A strong background in construction project management is essential, along with confidence navigating complex schedules, vendor coordination, and on-site decision-making. Experience in retail or commercial design is a plus . In this role, you will guide and review the work of the design team while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
