Job description

Develops and maintains the BCN and Blue Cross Provider websites. This position is responsible for the analysis, design, testing and implementation of Web solutions and the exploration of new digital communication opportunities. - Develops and maintains provider-facing websites, including secure and nonsecure websites. - Designs Web solutions and performs analysis, design, testing and implementation. - Works with internal business stakeholders to define business requirements. - Develops and presents recommendations and creative communication alternatives to business stakeholders and management staff. - Responsible for implementation and all related details, ensuring quality goals are met. - Monitors, analyzes and delivers key performance indicators and Web usage reports of sites to drive the ongoing development and optimization of Web content and develop future strategy and works to increase traffic and time on sites and improve user satisfaction. - Participates in quality assurance testing, including formulating and carrying out test plans for automated tools and systems to improve and maintain quality standards. - Monitors competitive landscape to find best practices and strategie...
