Senior IT Network & Systems Engineer About the Role: We are seeking a Senior IT Network & Systems Engineer with 10–12 years of progressive experience across systems engineering, networking, cloud administration, security, and technical team oversight. This role is ideal for a senior ‑ level engineer who is still deeply hands ‑ on but has also taken on leadership or light management responsibilities. This position involves 70–75% hands-on technical engineering (helpdesk escalation, systems, networking, security, cloud) and 25–30% team leadership and management oversight (mentoring junior engineers, coordinating work, assisting with vendor management, and advising leadership on technical direction). You will support a hybrid infrastructure environment that includes on-prem Active Directory integrated with Microsoft 365, AWS services, modern endpoint management, network security infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS applications.
