Work Location Kelowna Valens Agritech Facility About the Role: Exciting Opportunity: Millwright: As a key member of our Facilities and Maintenance team, the Millwright supports the maintenance, safety, and reliability of our cannabis cultivation, production, and facility operations. Reporting to the Facility Project Manager, this role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining mechanical, irrigation, and facility systems. You’ll work hands-on with cultivation equipment, facility infrastructure, and preventative maintenance initiatives to ensure smooth and reliable operations in a regulated environment. What you’ll be doing: - Perform maintenance and repairs on irrigation, lighting, HVAC components, doors, and processing equipment - Inspect mechanical systems and facility areas to identify and report issues - Support scheduled and emergency maintenance activities - Assist contractors with upgrades, repairs, and installations - Respond to maintenance requests and track work using ERP/EAM systems - Set up, move, and reconfigure equipment and facility spaces - Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate maintenance records - Manage spare parts, too...
