The Opportunity: The Change Manager opportunity at AIA involves leading the change management response across a range of initiatives, including small to medium projects, agile teams, customer journeys, or defined streams within large and complex programs, either independently or by guiding a small team of change professionals. The role is responsible for creating and managing the change schedule and delivering thorough change analysis, planning, and implementation to ensure people are ready for change and that initiative outcomes and benefits are successfully achieved.
